Tactile Final by Yokko Tactile Final by Yokko
Just my final project from last year.

We had to change the surface of an object in a meaningful way.

It still functions as a monitor.

Faux fur and hot glue.

I know I'm late on this but dude, this is beyond awesome! I toyed with the idea of doing something like this to an old laptop (only with pink plush material), but this is the first time I've seen something like that actually implemented. Kudos on an awesome piece of work (is it weird that I want to pet it?) XD

No, I am often tempted to pet this one lol..

I'd say go ahead and make one, it's not hard and doesn't take very long ^^

Awesome! How exactly did you put it together, if I might ask? Like, how did you get the fuzz on? (I'm thinking some kind of adhesive, but what, I don't know)

I bought fake fur in bulk and cut it to shape 1-2 sides of the computer following the panel shape. I hot glued it down.

Oh cool! I was thinking hot glue as well, but was worried it would melt the computer. Good to know that's not the case! :D
